Great ambiance, fair wait time, and friendly service at Paradise Dynasty! Our favorite dish was the pork wonton chicken soup with noodles! A toddler approved meal which is every parents must have list for dining out. ;) Juni was our expert waitress who was very quick, attentive, and checked in on us. Thank you! The specialty dumplings is a must try if this is your first time. I had fun going on an adventure of flavors! The table is equipped with lots of potent ginger bites and sauces, as you desire, for extra flavoring options. The chicken chili wontons were good, and we had fun trying the panda chocolate dumplings. Overall, the food quality and flavoring was very hearty! So expect to be so full!

Randy, the manager during our visit, was very helpful and attentive to all our party's needs. He's a hard worker, listens to the customer, and does an excellent job representing Paradise Dynasty. We drive all the way from LA to visit this location so we look forward to seeing him at the new Glendale location. Jason the GM was also very professional and explained to us the more flavor-centric style of Singaporean cooking. We did inform him of one area of potential improvement today: the fried pork chop could use more consistency in its execution to achieve a thicker, fuller, more even texture. Our two orders today were uneven in texture and relatively fatty compared to our previous visit. Overall, the service and leadership are excellent, and we look forward to continued improvement in the execution of each dish.

I got here around 6pm and the wait for 3 people was about 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately the other two people got a flat tire so I came back to check in at 7:10 and the wait was 30 minutes. They'll take your phone number and let you know when you're about to be seated. You have within 10 minutes to show up. I texted back the number to let them know I would be there for check-in. We ended up being seated around 7:35pm. You get the menus at the table and then you can place them by selecting the quantity of each item you want similar to dim sum at other places. My favorites are the Kurobuta Pork Won Ton in chili oil, Traditional Xiao Long Bao Soup Dumpling, and Spicy Dan Dan Noodles in Peanut Sauce. I wasn't able to finish all the Jasmine tea on my own and they let me take home the tea in a soup container. Loved that! We also ordered the Traditional Malaysian Stir Fried Kway Teow. You can pass on this dish. It's not terrible but it wasn't as hype as we thought it would be. When it came out to the table we thought it was Pad Thai.

I was picking up my daughter from Irvine at her friend house. On the way home, I asked her if she wanted takeout from a dumpling restaurant in South Coast Plaza. She agreed. Typically, I would go to Din Tai Fung. I know she's willing to try something different. She hasn't eaten at Paradise. We walked in and it wasn't crowded. They gave us a picture menu and a sheet to order. I like how they have half orders on the dumplings. We ordered 10 dishes to go. Within 20 minutes, our order was ready. When we walked back, all the boxes were on a table. To our surprise, they pulled out a gold insulation carrying out food bag and put the food inside with lots of condiments and utensils. We were impressed with service we got from a takeout order. The food was also great. My wife loved the sweet and sour ribs and the chicken fried noodles dishes. My daughter and I loved everything. We finished just about everything that night. DJ's rating: 4.58/5.00 Would we come back? Yes.
